Privacy Policy

TerraOps is an industrial Automation & Safety platform operated at terraops.online. Each paying company receives a private, isolated Company Hub for its operational records. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

• Account information. Name, work email address and password credentials used to sign in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile image from Google.
• Company information. Company name, sites, projects, work areas, shifts and any branding or domain settings entered during company setup.
• Operational records. Worker assignments, shifts, equipment and assets, inspections, defects, repairs, production entries, safety records, signatures and photographs uploaded by users.
• Technical information. Log data such as timestamps and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the platform.

• To provide the platform, including inspections, defects, repairs and permanent asset history.
• To authenticate users and keep each company's data separated from every other company.
• To send service email such as account confirmation, sign-in links and password resets.
• To maintain, troubleshoot and secure the service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your operational records for advertising.

If you choose "Continue with Google", we request only your basic profile and email address so we can create or match your TerraOps account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google service data.

Records are associated with a company identifier, and access is restricted so users can only reach records belonging to their own company. Within a company, visibility depends on the role assigned to each user (for example employee, supervisor, mechanic, health & safety or management).

We use infrastructure providers to host the application, database, file storage and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under contract and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Inspection, defect, repair and asset history records are intentionally permanent so that equipment history stays auditable. We retain company data for as long as the company's subscription is active. On written request from a company administrator we will delete or export the company's data, subject to any records we are required to keep.

• You can update your profile information from within the platform.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
• Company administrators can remove users from their Company Hub.

Access to the platform requires authentication, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to records is restricted by company and role. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; please report any suspected issue using the contact address below.

TerraOps is a workplace tool and is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.

We may update this policy. When we do we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify company administrators by email.
