Terms of Service

Last updated August 31, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of TerraOps, an industrial Automation & Safety platform available at terraops.online. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

Paid access

TerraOps is a paid platform. There is no free tier, free trial or guest access. Access to a Company Hub requires an active subscription on either the TerraOps plan or the Enterprise plan. If a subscription becomes past due, suspended or cancelled, access to the platform is withdrawn while company records are retained in line with our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and roles

  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
  • The account that completes checkout owns the Company Hub and can invite users and assign roles such as employee, supervisor, mechanic, health & safety and management.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use TerraOps for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to access another company's Company Hub or records.
  • Do not probe, scan, overload or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Do not resell or provide access to the platform outside your own company without our agreement.
  • Do not falsify inspection, defect, repair, production, timesheet or safety records. These records are intended to be an accurate operational history.

Your data

Your company retains ownership of the records it enters into TerraOps. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up and display that data so we can provide the service. Inspection, defect, repair and asset history records are designed to be permanent so equipment history remains auditable.

Custom domains

A custom company domain is included with the Enterprise plan and available as a paid add-on on the TerraOps plan. You are responsible for owning the domain and for making the required DNS changes. Verification may take time to propagate and is dependent on your DNS provider.

Availability

We aim to keep TerraOps available and reliable, but the platform is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Field capture is offline-first, and records created offline sync when connectivity returns. Formal availability commitments are only offered where an Enterprise agreement expressly states them.

Safety disclaimer

TerraOps records and routes safety and maintenance information. It does not replace your legal duties, competent-person judgement, statutory inspection requirements, manufacturer instructions or your own site safety procedures. Decisions to operate, isolate or return equipment to service remain the responsibility of your qualified personnel.

Fees and changes

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice, effective on your next billing period.

Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time; access ends at the close of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. On termination you may request an export of your company's data.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TerraOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will revise the date above and notify company administrators by email for material changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
